CUPW has launched a national strike that will cause postal delays
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a national strike following the government's announcement on Canada Post’s transformation on September 25, 2025.

Canada Post’s operations will shut down during a national strike.

Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed. Service guarantees are suspended for items already in the postal network. No new items will be accepted until the national disruption is over.

All mail and parcels in the postal network will be secured and delivered as quickly as possible once operations resume. However, a national strike of any length will impact service to Canadians well after the strike activity ends. Processing and delivery may take some time to fully return to normal.

Shipping Adjustments

To minimize disruptions, we have temporarily changed our shipping options:

  1. Default Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via UPS or other available couriers, including FedEx, ICS Courier, Canpar, Purolator, etc.

    *Important Note:*
For rural or remote locations where Canada Post is the only reliable shipping option, we will notify you via email to discuss alternatives. If no suitable option is available, we may need to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best service possible.

  2. Canada Post Shipping:
If you still prefer Canada Post, please let us know. We will hold the package until the strike ends.

  3. PO Box Addresses:
Since Canada Post will not be accepting new items, we cannot ship to PO Boxes during the strike. If your address is a PO Box, please provide a non-PO Box address, or we can hold the package until the strike ends.
