• Please note that the arrival date is an estimate and may be subject to manufacturing and logistics delays beyond our control.
• Shipping Policy: Orders containing pre-order items will NOT ship until all items in the order are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
• Pre-orders are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.
• If the supplier is unable to fulfill all pre-orders in the first shipment, we will process orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Preferred Pre-order Date: Items can still be ordered after the Preferred Pre-order Date, as long as the product remains available. After this date, the product may sell out without notice. To secure your item, please place your order as soon as possible.
• In Stock: Items may have limited availability once in stock.
