Updated: May 13, 2025:

Canada Post has announced the possibility of a labour disruption starting May 22, 2025. In preparation, we have temporarily disabled Canada Post as a shipping option to avoid delays or disruptions to your order.

During a national strike, Canada Post’s operations will be shut down:

  • No Processing or Delivery: Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered during the strike.
  • Post Office Closures: Some post offices may be closed.
  • Service Guarantees Impacted: Delivery guarantees will be affected for items already in transit. No new items will be accepted until the strike is over.

Shipping Adjustments

To minimize disruptions, we have temporarily changed our shipping options:

  1. Default Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via UPS or other available couriers, including Purolator, FedEx, ICS Courier, Canpa, etc.

    *Important Note:*
For rural or remote locations where Canada Post is the only reliable shipping option, we will notify you via email to discuss alternatives. If no suitable option is available, we may need to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best service possible.

  2. PO Box Addresses:
We cannot ship to PO Boxes during the strike. If your address is a PO Box, please provide a non-PO Box address, or we will hold the package until the strike ends.
  3. Prefer to Wait for Canada Post?
If you still prefer Canada Post, please let us know.
