In the time of the Red, every city has a Combat Zone: an area of the city where the law doesn't reach and cyber-enhanced gangs fight for control over the streets.
These Gonks are Lawmen initiate gang members looking to make a name for themselves. They're Rookies eager to enter the Combat Zone and prove themselves to the rest of the squad.
