Description
The Kriegsmarine Battleship KM Bismarck, which was laid down in 1936, was the most powerful battleship of the Kriegsmarine during WWII. She was as good as any British battleship. Her appearance put the Royal Navy on high alert. Her speed and armament was among the best in the world. In 1941, the ship was intercepted by the strong British fleet during her first voyage. Though Bismarck and Prinz Eugen sank HMS Hood, she was finally sunk in the North Atlantic Ocean.
