Description
This is a primer-containing surfacer, enhanced from the Mr Surfacer 1000 base. It's a versatile type suitable not only for plastic models but also for hard-to-adhere materials like etching parts and resin. The color of the surfacer is gray.
Important Note on Dilution: When diluting SF287 Mr. Primer Surfacer (bottle type), diluting it more than 1:2 with standard "Mr. Thinner" can cause the active ingredients to become too diluted and solidify. It is recommended to use "Mr. Leveling Thinner," which has a higher dissolving power, for dilution and cleaning your tools.
If Using 'Mr. Thinner': If you decide to use "Mr. Thinner," add a small amount of "Mr. Retarder Mild" or "Mr. Replenishing Agent" to it. This addition helps prevent the ingredients from solidifying by enhancing the solution's dissolving capability.
