Tamiya: Paint Remover (250ml)

This multi-purpose liquid is capable of removing acrylic-, enamel- and lacquer-based paints, including paints for use on polycarbonate. It is kind to model parts surfaces, and does not cause clouding when used on polycarbonate, and can also be used to remove metal plating.

★Water-soluble material has low odor levels.

★Can be re-used one or two times.

★Not for use on ABS resin.

Usage Instructions:

• Apply the solvent to a cloth or cotton swab and wipe the paint you want to remove. Depending on the paint, this may take some time. For quicker results, apply the solvent, leave it for about a minute, and then wipe off.
• For soaking parts, transfer the solvent to a small container. After soaking for about 10 minutes, scrub off the paint with a brush.
• Rinse the parts with water and ensure they are thoroughly dried.
• Note that use on clear styrene resin may cause clouding.
• Yellowing may occur, but this does not affect performance.
• The solvent may not remove non-Tamiya paints.

• Store out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.
• Do not use on the human body.
• Contains organic solvents; ensure good ventilation during and after use.
• Avoid intentional inhalation.
• If you feel unwell, rest in a place with fresh air. If it contacts the skin, wash thoroughly with soap. If it gets into the eyes, rinse well with water and seek medical advice if necessary.
• If accidentally ingested, do not induce vomiting; seek medical advice immediately.
• If necessary, wear masks, gloves, and goggles during use.
• Keep the container tightly closed and store away from direct sunlight.
• Use only for removing model paint and plating, not for other purposes.
